I'm such a big fan of Seth Rogen so that drew me in immediately and its nice to see a film where Zac Efron isn't choosing whether to dance or play ball (tough decision) but in all honesty Zac was brilliant in it. Anyway I hope you enjoy!

I'm not sure if you guessed but the film does in fact involve neighbours (who knew, right?) and we have Seth and Rose Byrne in one house whilst they care for their new born child and in the other we have Zac with his crew that features Dave Franco who is awesome and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (what a name!)
Suddenly there is a giant civil war between the 2 houses and they battle using pranks such as the classic air bag trick which made me jump every time. Seth's goal is to get Zac kicked out and they are willing to go to extreme measures to see it done!
The primary audience of this film... I'm just kidding! the films hilarious, that all you need to know. Because the plot is so simple it gives them a lot of time to be "funny" and unlike a lot of other comedies where they show the best bits in the trailer this film generally is hilarious, you get a lot of laughs from it as well as a few moments where you want to look away, breast feeding is one of those moments... yeah look out for that one. The humour is ridiculous but thats the reason it works so brilliantly as well as the fact that the cast are funny. You have bizarre nicknames that bring a smile to your face, Seth Rogen, rhyming insults, Cow gags and boner jokes what more do you need to have a good laugh. What I think is good is that you can watch it again, the humour is so absurd that you could watch it again despite knowing what's going to happen and I love films like that because I can enjoy them more than once.
The main highlight of the film beside Zac Efrons Christian Bale impression has got to be Seth and Zac's fight, again its ridiculous but stupidly funny that your stomach may hurt after. They use trampolines, sex toys, doors and cans of beer! its brilliant!
The entire cast is fantastic! Seth is funny and high like usual, Rose Byrne is surprisingly very funny, I only recognise her from Troy so I didn't think her role would be as good compared to the others but she does steal it a bit with her "cool" attitude. The spot light is of course stolen by a topless Zac Efron who is brilliant in it, he's funny, cool and just a fun character. Comedy is opening up a bright future for him because he does it very well and his connection with Seth brings the film to life... not many people get to have a peeing sword fight with Rogen!
I give this an 8/10, its a brilliant comedy that is consistently funny, its ridiculous, simple and entertaining all supported by an awesome cast. I had my doubts but I do advise anyone with a twisted sense of humour to see this, you won't regret it!
Today was very brief mainly because with a comedy there is'nt much to talk about... it was funny thats all you need to know.
