The Bat-suit

Hello! miss me? I had to do a post after Zack Synder finally revealed the new Bat Suit. Today I'm just going to give you my thoughts I guess, nothing big just a quick update :)

Yes! this is Ben Affleck in the newly designed Bat suit standing next to the Batmobile which was teased the day before.
The actual design is beautiful, its unique and just fantastic! the texture of the suit looks really nice zoomed in and its strange that its not armor unlike Nolan's version or even Schumacher's. To me that indicates that many we are going to see a very powerful Batman who can avoid being shot and this means he will be faster despite his age which will be interesting to see, the way they teased it made it seem like Bruce was going to be really old like in the Dark Knight returns and I'm glad he isn't, the way its looking is that we are going to see a way more experienced dark knight with more cool gadgets.

The new bat symbol is surprisingly epic! I was worried about it because I'm not a big fan of the way it looks in the Dark Knight Returns however it looks fantastic here! it works really well and despite the suit being the same colour it does stand out and I'm actually glad that the colour is limited; grey and black look brilliant in this case.
I've seen a few complaints about the ears... yeah they look fine, its nice to have something different but I would agree that maybe a tiny bit bigger would have been better, just a tiny bit. The actual Cowl looks awesome and its a full piece this time which may restrict his movement but nonetheless... it looks awesome!

Ben Afflecks figure in this is spot on, he looks big and very buff. He looks the part! I knew there was nothing to worry about but obviously its a delicate process that could have gone wrong but I think this image has settled fan boys.

What else is there! ermm the gauntlets look bad-ass and I'm quite interested to know what he has in his belt, will we see the grappling gun, the Batarang or some new toys. One thing I really hope they emphasise is that Bruce can be a genius, I really want to see him be smart instead of relying on Lucius Fox.

So are you excited now!! I really hope we get a few more teases surrounding Wonder woman and the altered version of Superman's costume, apparently it has been changed but only slightly.
I think we are in safe hands now!
