Mjolnir
It has magical abilities which stops it from being lifted by anyone found "unworthy" It also has a magical bond which allows Thor to control the hammer as if it is alive; summoning it from miles even within other realms as shown in Thor 2. Wielding Mjolnir also allows Thor to fly at great speeds and grants him the ability of weather manipulation, he can summon fierce bolts of lightning, Tornadoes, immense winds and phenomena's beyond what is considered normal. Mjolnir can protect Thor using energy blasts or by simply spinning his hammer which has been used to protect him from bullets. But its most powerful tool is the God Blast which channels godly energy to his hammer, this attack is so powerful that it has shattered Mjolnir before and has damaged beings such as Galactus which in fact forced him to flee due to the damage. There is so much more that Mjolnir can do which proves itself worthy to be on this list although his hammer is not indestructible it has been placed in the "Omega Class Weapon" clearly showing its power. Whilst the films do not show the true power of the hammer I really suggest reading some of the comics which explore the hammers gifts and Thor's control of it, how he uses it not only to destroy but to rebuild. Personally its one of my favourites but in the films I feel that it is greatly underestimated.
Infinity Gauntlet
Time- gives the wearer complete control over the past, present and future. Also allowing to control time, slowing it down or speeding it up.
Space- allows the user to travel through space and interfere with objects, they could literally rearrange space if they wanted to.
Soul- Manipulate souls, both dead or alive.
Reality- basically a genie in a lamp, this gem allows them to alter reality to anything they wish so they could get rid of people in a flash.
Power- limitless strength and energy manipulation
Mind- Telepathy and telekinesis plus more!
Essentially, whoever possesses the Gauntlet is granted near omnipotence (unlimited power) one thing it cannot do though is work beyond this universe which is known as 616 universe but even so it can deal so much damage in fact Thanos actually erases a lot of life in the universe including Daredevil and the x-men and no effort was needed to do so. Thanos has shattered the Asgardian rainbow bridge and has even sunk Japan. Without a doubt it is probably the most powerful thing in the marvel universe and only a few characters can fight against it but what makes it special is that anyone can wield it. Captain America, Thanos and Silver Surfer are amongst the few who have felt its true power, Thanos just went a bit crazy to prove his love to Death.
The Destroyer
It's strength can easily overpower heroes such as the God of thunder and even Hulk. Because it is not alive it possesses unlimited stamina which means it could fight forever whereas the hulk can't making this the ultimate tool, a tool that the avengers could not defeat without Thor.
As well as unlimited stamina, its armour is almost invulnerable, it can withstand extreme heat and can survive massive energy strikes from the likes of Thor but the alien race known as the Celestials easily melted the Destroyer with their energy blasts. Powerful bolts of energy are also an element that the Destroyer possesses but he can project different types of energy such as heat, electricity and plasma so it is very powerful and very strong.
I believe that the armor has no weaknesses due to its superior strength so you could say its indestructible but it has been beaten. However it is only as powerful depending on the person animating it, so if I were to control it... it wouldn't do much. I do believe this is one of the strongest weapons in the universe and it has been classified as a class 100 strength so its up there with the greats like Thor, Thanos and hulk. It is truly a powerful weapon that has proved itself worthy and it did make an awesome appearance in Thor 2011, a bitch slap almost killed Thor thats all I'm saying.

but thats not the best part, the board allows Norrin to convert matter into energy which means that he doesn't need air, food or water (science doesn't matter!) so he can travel through the far reaches of space without getting peckish. The energy that the board provides allows the surfer to survive extreme conditions such as Black holes in many cases but he can also channel that energy defensively or offensively casting extremely powerful waves of cosmic force which gives him the ability to destroy small planets (maybe earth?)
With all that energy and power surging through him and his board definitely makes his board the most powerful in the Marvel world especially considering he can heal (not bring back the back) living organisms as well as that the board itself is almost indestructible being made out of an unknown material but it has been damaged before. The boards ability exceed many of the most famous characters abilities so much so that he can take on the hulk which his limitless stamina and increasing strength all thanks to the most underestimated weapon in the universe, the Surfboard.
This is just a handful of some of the one on my list, unfortunately I got lazy. The cosmic cube and Stormbreaker were all part of the list as well as the mandarins rings. If I missed any out please tell me! what do you think is the strongest weapon in the marvel universe!
